Client Overview:
Our client is leading jewelry manufacturer in North America. They design, manufacture, and distribute to a wide range of retailers such as independent jewelry stores, national chains, big box retailers, Amazon and their own DTC/Ecomm site
Brand Manager Overview:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for leading key projects and initiatives which effectively drive consumer conversation and conversion. This position requires a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager who has demonstrated the ability to effectively build multi-channel marketing programs and balance strategic thinking with a focus on execution. This person will work in strong collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Ecomm teams.
Brand Manager Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement key brand projects to create and communicate the visual brand identity and key storytelling opportunities
- Develop the brand marketing strategy and multi-channel go-to-market launch plans and tools needed for each channel.
- Ensure the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Work cross-functionally with product merchandising & sales to develop brand & product marketing strategies and components for multi-faceted 360 marketing plans and present recommendations to leadership
- Remain current of emerging industry trends, conduct research, and analyze trends to recommend innovative experiences
- Develop, manage, and oversee the marketing budgets by brand
- Own and manage the brand marketing calendars to ensure the right brand stories are being told at the right time, in the right sales channel with the right communication vehicle
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Identify opportunities based on findings from consumer insights, social listening, CRM data, and insights from other industries
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and inclusiveness of brand programs
- Work closely with the Digital Content Manager and Trade Communication Manager to make sure all branded assets and tools created are reaching the appropriate audiences.
- Develop unique packaging and innovative POS materials to deliver the brand message in the in-store environment
- Monitor and analyze sales volumes, market trends, digital and promotional initiatives, and competitive activity with emphasis on utilizing data to drive action
Brand Manager Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Brand Marketing
- BA in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or similar relevant field a plus
- Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong strategic, creative, and conceptual thinking capabilities
- Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams in a fast moving/changing environment
