Client Overview:

Our client is a an innovative skincare and cosmetics brand in hyper growth mode. This role will be focused on branding and social for the US.

Brand Marketing and Social Lead Responsibilities

  • Lead overall development of integrated brand marketing plans for launching new products and improving our existing products’ presence, in conjunction with design, ecommerce team and other cross-functional partners
  • Lead the day-to-day of brand campaign development, ensuring a link between the brand strategy, the creative idea and the final executions. Actively guide the brand marketing team and ensure that all campaign elements contribute to achieving KPIs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, clear communication, seamless integration and timely execution of campaign deliverables
  • Lead marketing campaigns cross-functionally, working closely with Ecommerce team, as well as Design team, and Operations teams, to ensure the campaign is delivered effectively and serves our Brand
  • Support brand budgeting process and calendar management
  • Building the brand community in the US by establishing, expanding and continuously supporting various social media channels
  • Supporting customers on the social media channels in cooperation with the customer service team
  • Development and management of ad campaigns for social media
  • Development and management of influencer campaigns for the US market
  • Management and implementation of various online marketing activities for the US market in collaboration with the eCommerce team
  • Research and regularly report on media landscape and best practices, working closely with our eCommerce team, media and agency partners to identify and implement new approaches and channels for growing brand awareness
  • Lead exploration of partnership opportunities for the brand and support partnership execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in working with or across multiple marketing channels, ideally in managing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding and interest in brand media and cultural landscape, with the ability and desire to seek out new ideas and approaches
  • Experience in online marketing, especially in the cosmetics & beauty sector
  • Strong visual and verbal presentation skills
  • Aptitude for thinking analytically, with a results-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural situations and across organizational boundaries, building cross-functional relationships and advocating for brand outcomes
  • Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo on media and campaign approaches
  • BA/BS degree
