Job Summary
This role is a critical component of the brand team, responsible for helping guide brand strategy and brand guardrails, planning and executing brand marketing plans, and working closely cross-functionally (with merchandising teams, performance marketing teams, ecommerce operation teams, creative 
teams and product design teams) and with outside agencies to drive success brand strategy for the brand. This role will direct report to the Marketing Director, and will also partner cross functionally with all teams.


Responsibilities 
• Collaborates closely with our marketing teams (performance marketing, retention marketing, ecommerce operation, PR) and key cross-functional partners (in-house creative, product design, merchandising, supply chain) to execute brand initiatives
• Lead development and execution of integrated brand marketing plans to meet marketing objectives. Partner with other marketing and ecommerce operation team members to ensure all tactics ladder up to strategic objectives and executions reflect brand identity and purpose
• Collaborate with the merchandising team and creative team on product marketing related programs and creative materials, such as design and messaging, to deliver against company objectives. 
• Develop and execute strategic brand partnership plans to support our brand strategy and marketing objectives 
• Develop brand research to monitor brand health and identify growth opportunities. 
• Develop social media strategy and manage social media team 
• Conduct/maintain in-depth category, consumer and competitive analyses to identify opportunities throughout the consumer experience. 
• Develop and share best practices to drive continuous innovation in DTC experience. 
• Guide company on-brand executions that ladder up to our brand strategy and adhere to the brand expression system and strategic messaging Stewards relationships with outside agency partners (creative, PR, media, brand etc.), often acting as the “internal agency partner” 
• Manages brand budgets including annual planning and monthly budget reporting 
• Deliver weekly reporting on social media metrics and brand metrics

Requirements 
• Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA preferred 
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing (consumer product DTC preferred)
• Excellent communications skills as you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate a strong passion for storytelling 
• Must have worked with brand agency, PR agency or Creative Agency 
• Can effectively work in a fast-changing environment and quickly act on decisions
• Exemplifies positive attitude and motivation to learn 
• Team-player and a collaborator
