As the new Business Development Manager, you have high efficiency and a solid understanding of  business. You have the confidence and familiarity with how agencies and new business development preform. As Business Development Manager you have great instinct and desire to learn while simultaneously juggling multiple accounts.

What you are made of

You are a go-getting, highly motivated team player, energized by an entrepreneurial environment, and you bring the emotional and social intelligence needed to cultivate strong relationships and a deep network of contacts

You’re drawn to dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing companies

Ideally, you have 5 years of Business Development experience in the Marketing, Creative, or Technology sector


You come from staffing & recruiting - sales may not have been your primary responsibility, but you understand the industry and selling is in your DNA


You’re employed in a B2B sales capacity outside of the creative space, but selling is what you do, you’re eager to learn and you love a challenge

You have a bachelor’s degree
