They are looking to add a Real Estate Operations Reporting Analyst to join their team on contract over the next 12 months that is likely to extend and possibly become full time.
As our Real Estate Operations Reporting Analyst you will partner with various business functions to create dashboards and other reporting resources that enable our teams to critically evaluate performance KPIs and report on fleet dynamics to support decision-making.
Role and Responsibilities
This role carries out critical functions in evaluation and reporting on real estate and construction processes. The candidate needs to have financial, critical reasoning, and aesthetic acumen for creation of dashboards, slide presentations, and other resources in Tableau If this is you, you’ll be working with real estate analysts and managers in order to:
• Visually depict marketplace and store performance insights
• Update and maintain our clients marketplace operations data and resources
• Develop reports and forward-looking strategic marketplace plans
• Create onboarding and other team communications resources
Requirements for this position include:
• Bachelors degree with 2-5 years relevant work experience developing Tableau reporting business dashboards.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficient problem solver with an innate ability to deal with ambiguity when required
• Ability to manage multiple business deliverables concurrently
+ Design experience within in a public corporate or institutional setting is a plus
