Job description

Our client is looking for an energetic and passionate Business Strategy and Operations Manager who can drive our Business Operations to the next level with best-in-class strategy, tactics, and execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Work with the C-Suite to develop and Implement high-level strategic business operations practices throughout the organization aimed at reducing friction and driving growth.
- Implement and optimize business operations processes through excellent change management and appropriate KPIs development
- Design growth structure by owning and co-creating goals for each role within the company, ensuring that incentives are aligned with the highest-level business goals
- Develop tools and infrastructure to enable core business processes; drive business
operations excellence and tooling/data infrastructure
- Own, build and drive required reporting infrastructure to support the rhythm of business
reporting leveraging data from internal CRM and other tools
- Create and deliver regular reports; provide the executive team with visibility into the segment
- Report to C-suite level executives raising opportunities to excel business growth and
reduce friction
- Own customer segmentation process to understand unique customer characteristics to
accelerate growth and drive focus and investment in specific products or offerings
- Assist in corporate strategy development by monitoring the competitive landscape and
trends to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with sales and partnership teams on territory planning, pricing strategy,
margin measurement, and general sales operations
- Drive organizational structure through the creation of advanced org chart design, and role definition development
- Own RFP processes for day-to-day operational management including HR support, data infrastructure support, and CRM support
- Drive creation and adoption of standard operating procedures for various teams throughout the org reinforcing operational excellence throughout

Who You Are:
A team player with a positive attitude
MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or similar
4+ years operational experience in a technology company or SaaS environment,
preferably 1-3 years working at a top-tier consulting firm, financial institution, or
high-growth startup
Experience working with and driving value for C-Suite professionals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders
and various leadership levels
Analytical experience and mindset; ability to leverage strategic frameworks and large data sets to arrive at conclusions
