Assistant Buyer (Freelance)
Client Overview:

Assistant Buyer Overview:
As the Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with managing all aspects of buying. You will manage the selection, purchasing, and delivery of assigned categories.
Assistant Buyer Responsibilities:
•Order entry of new market POs that have deadlines for submission. Daily running of the business.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and exhibit trust, integrity, and follow-up, visit showrooms, select products, and handle negotiations
Assistant Buyer Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0-2years buying and/or merchandising experience
•Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
• Advanced Excel skills required
