Our agency client has an immediate need for a Paid Social Campaign Manager to join their team full time with great benefits. This role supports projects specifically in the world of paid social. In this position you will work with a team of top-notch practitioners to develop and manage paid social strategy and execution. Experience in paid social ad placement, management and reporting is essential.  This is a full-time contract that will convert to full time if a good fit.  For the time being the location is “remote” but will be based out of Portland this fall..
 

THINGS YOU WILL DO:

• Bring an exceptional understanding and proven ability to lead paid social media programs across all platforms to provide an A+ customer experience
• Create paid social strategies that stand alone or integrate into larger media programs
• Plan and manage paid social budgets across multiple channels and campaigns
• Use paid social to drive lead generation
• Manage campaigns holistically using Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads 
• Lead with the data—embracing and collaborating with analytics as your best friend—and use it to inform your programs, optimize your programs and adapt campaigns to keep on target and drive results
• Travel as necessary for client and new business demands
• Be open to learning new tasks as requested


THINGS YOU HAVE:


• A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related degree
• Facebook Blueprint Certification 
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant, professional work experience in an agency environment (required)
• Experience in paid social media management
MUST HAVE understanding of Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads  - Pinterest Ad experience a plus.
• Experience using paid social to drive MQL and SQL (lead generation)
• Awareness of social media channel rules and idiosyncrasies
• The willingness to innovate and problem solve
• Enthusiasm for ongoing training and education
• Attention to detail and time management skills to deliver high-quality work for multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines
• The ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills
