About the Role:

the Marketer will drive the strategy, development and execution of an account first strategy supporting our strategic Sales and Marketing programs. This team is seeking someone who is creative, able to work in a fast paced organization, and is a team player who will add to the company's culture.

 

The ideal candidate for this position must:

* Be highly motivated, a quick thinker, and have the ability to complete tasks and projects in a timely manner with little to no supervision.

* He/she will need to be dynamic, high-energy, and possess excellent judgment.

* Customer focus and the ability to interact with clients are crucial to success in this role.

 

Responsibilities: 

* The Marketer will closely engage and collaborate with the sales teams to align programs with the overall account strategy.

* In addition to working with sales, the best candidate maintains a broad understanding of the company's ecosystem and determines which part of the organization should be brought in and when.

* This Marketer role will often handle high-level confidential information and will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit discretion and professionalism in all activities, always reflecting the values and culture of the company.

* The Marketer must also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

* The role requires finesse of being the gateway of access with the ability to achieve cross-functional coordination across programs and departments to drive world-class customer programs.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

* Executive meeting coordination of all planning logistics including selecting meeting space, restaurants, catering, transportation and budget management.

* Support sales in creating/editing meeting collateral, including executive briefing documents, surveys and other meeting handouts and ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround or game time decisions.

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

* 5+ years of experience in account based marketing. “End-to-End” program delivery experience & a proven track record of standing up technology platforms to support programmatic ABM.

* Program/Project Management experience

* Experience working in a fast paced, multi-cultural environment

* Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills

* Effective at influencing others to drive strategic programs adoption

* Strong leadership, networking, relationship-building, communication and influencing skills at senior stakeholder/leadership team level

* High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a focus on key dates and timelines

* Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail.

* Ability to present to both internal and external C level audiences

 

Education/Experience Equivalency:

* Combinations of appropriate education, training, certification and experience will be evaluated on an individual basis for comparability to the minimum experience requirements to perform the job.
