The Client Services Associate is responsible for supporting trends intelligence in the way it grows, renews and serves clients. If you are interested in helping brands grow by understanding the future consumer landscape, we'd love to hear from you.

*Key responsibilities:

Curate content and prepare reports based on client requests
Track client activity and engagement on internal CRM tools
Update and maintain user lists
Analyse client usage
Deliver site overviews
Administer subscriber changes
Research content and prepare reports based on client content requests
Proactively interact with new client contacts
Prepare weekly and monthly pipeline and forecast reports

*Required skills & qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in a related role ideally gained on an accounts team, with an agency
Excellent verbal, and written skills
Superior oral communication skills and engaging presentation skills
Demonstrable interest in innovation and trends in the creative consumer industries
A background and strong on-going interest in marketing, brand and design related disciplines
A high degree of professionalism and organizational skills
A high degree of intellectual curiosity; the ability to take disparate reports and create an engaging story for a client
Ability to develop knowledge on content to expert level
