Position: Client Success Manager
Our client partners with the world’s best-known brands to streamline and power global eCommerce. They work with well known brands such as Nike, Estee Lauder, Kenneth Cole and American Eagle to provide an international eCommerce experience.
Location: Rutherford, NJ (currently remote but will need to commute in the future)
Salary: $60-80k (DOE)
Client Success Manager Overview:
As the Client Success Manager, you will be driving account strategy and manage a portfolio of key clients.
Client Success Manager Responsibilities:
Some key responsibilities include:
• Develop and drive the account strategy for clients in partnership with sales and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage the roadmap of strategic programs and improvement initiatives with the client.
• Become an expert on the client’s industry and business to ensure we are bringing to our clients the best solutions and programs to increase revenue.
• Own all strategic communication with the client, providing updates on SLA performance, key programs, and solution schedules.
• Monitor and analyze client forecasts, trends and KPIs, communicating the relevant impact to internal stakeholders
Client Success Manager Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Deep understanding of eCommerce operations
