Length of Contract: 5 months with possibility for extension or conversion.
Location or Remote: Remote but must work in PST

Position Overview: This job contributes to our client's success by leading external/internal brand communications. This job also protects and enhances the Company's internal and external reputation with communication materials.
Responsibilities:
- Experience developing questionnaires for assessing customer satisfaction.
- Converting analysis into recommendations
- Develop team email newsletters to deliver to stakeholders, preferably using Canva or similar tool.
- Strong balance of quantitative skills and bias for action
Key Qualifications:
- Experience creating and using email newsletter templates
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- 4-8+ of relevant experience
- Experience developing questionnaires for assessing customer satisfaction.
- Experience converting analysis into recommendations
- Experience developing team email newsletters to deliver to stakeholders, preferably using Canva or similar tool.
- Strong balance of quantitative skills and bias for action
- Develop a brand for the team
- Great communication skills
- Survey design
