Are you passionate about fashion & retail? Do you enjoy spending your time connecting with others on Social Media platforms? Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Jr Community Manager to engage and grow our audience across all social platforms, responding to comments on behalf of the brand. The right person will be passionate about building and fostering a dedicated audience while growing brand awareness on Social Media. This role reports into the Social Media Director, remote.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of day-to-day community management operations
• Develop long-term audience growth strategies
• Pull social media post performance & work under Social Director to develop reports that can be shared cross-functionally
• Collaborate with our Social Media team to make content/post recommendations based on performance, and join social brainstorms
• Track and share pertinent community feedback, ensuring brand and product questions, as well trends in positive or negative feedback get routed to key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Social/Editorial team to define brand voice guidelines
• Partner with Social Media Director to develop crisis communication guidelines
• Flag any bubbling problematic topics/conversations to appropriate stakeholders
• Assist in project management duties and content publishing, as needed

• Strong written skills and the ability to spark community conversations
• An understanding of the social media landscape—and how a brand’s presence differs greatly from individuals
• An ability and desire to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing social platform ecosystem and new engagement features
• Strong project management, collaboration and communication skills
• A strong work ethic, drive and determination to accomplish goals
• Knowledgeable about third party platforms (DashHudson) a plus
