Our client, a Start-Up Company, is looking for a Content Creator to join their team. This will be full time/direct hire and fully remote but the ideal candidate is located in the LA area. Any experience OR interest in working with NFTs, Blockchain or Crypto is a huge plus!!Responsibilities for Content Creator include:
- You are an excellent maker. You ideate and execute quickly and at volume
- You are deeply collaborative and an excellent active communicator. You will be working actively with a Social Media Manager, Discord Mods, Brand Strategists, Partnership Advisors, and Game Developers to build and maintain a Web 3.0 native brand.
- Conceptualize impactful cross-platform content for social media and traditional marketing spaces that reflects the brand tone and aesthetic
- You are passionate about social media and live/breathe online culture. You are capable of developing long-term content strategies as well as moving quickly to address real-time content opportunities.
- Be open to iteration and be flexible as we grow and develop. Be comfortable with change. Adaptability is key to your success.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent time management skills
- Gather learnings and insights from platforms, consumer feedback and culture to make concise, relevant recommendations.
- Present concepts rooted in strategic thinking and insights to creative leaders
- Own pre-production through post-production for larger creative activations, assisting in planning and direction of content.
Experience / Knowledge Required:
- 3 to 5 years of design experience, developing and creating for digital/social brands/campaigns
- Strong conceptual thinking, brainstorming, illustration/design/editing skills
- Passionate storyteller and excellent writer with a strong understanding of the English language
- Able to receive and address constructive criticism with a positive attitude
- Great with time management, organization, and communication
- A deep understanding of up-to-date social media platform best practices (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord) Software/Platform Knowledge
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator EXPERT
- Adobe Premiere/Aftereffect
- ACTIVE USER/CREATOR on Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
