Job description

Looking for a Content QA Manager to join a manufacturer of computer peripherals and software. As a Content QA Manager your team will manage a high volume of work, partner with numerous stakeholders and teams to ensure product launches will go smoothly in 24 languages and 40+ locales. You should be results-oriented, process strong and self-driven. You have great verbal and written communications, are cool under pressure but with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with content QA specialists in a different time zone
Assign projects and manage the day-to-day workload of team members
Implement workflows in AEM to ensure top speed without compromising accuracy
Work closely with content authors, site leads and project managers to ensure team members complete work to a high quality, on time
Populate and edit content within AEM
Understand and be able to interpret brand guidelines and apply as needed
Train new members on our processes and systems
Enforce brand voice requirements
Highlight all project risks and recommend the best path forward
Traffic issues between team members until resolved
Verify that issues have been successfully resolved after being reported as fixed
Build relationships across various teams and functions to drive results
Develop a solid project management process for delivering world-class digital content on time and on budget

Highly organized, strategic thinker, with the ability make an impact
5+ years content QA experience
Exceptional attention to detail
Experience with multilingual ecommerce sites
Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop employees
Strong project and content management skills and keen understanding of website content process
Ability to coordinate and execute multiple projects on tight deadlines
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes
Ability to work cross-functionally in multiple time zones to deliver amazing work
Understanding of generally accepted QA processes and procedures
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
