Content Specialist - Sales Enablement

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM /SALES /FULL-TIME

The company is passionate about building software that solves problems and partner with the most important institutions in the world to transform how they use data and technology. Their software has been used to stop terrorist attacks, discover new medicines, gain an edge in global financial markets, and more. If these types of projects excite you, they would love for you to join them.

The Role

We're looking for a Content Specialist to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for providing high-impact sales assets to fuel our growing Commercial Sales organization. As a Content Specialist within the Sales Enablement team, you will consider and synthesize many inputs to create a shippable product quickly. You'll make recommendations on how to improve ideas and artifacts, and brainstorm with our sales team and business leaders on how to disseminate their most important messages. You’ll also prepare documents that clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products, collaborating with engineers to translate highly technical and complex concepts into powerful written products. An eye for design is important in this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in our sales enablement toolkit (whether it's a slide deck, a playbook, talking points, a curated library of existing demos, or something else) and partner with Sales to bring the deliverable to life.

  • Create content starting with discovery of information from SMEs, create story/narrative to match value-selling approach, select the best format and drive the project through design, approvals, and publication.

  • Coordinate with in-house & agency designers to produce reusable, high-fidelity assets.

  • Manage the review process with stakeholders, Legal, and Compliance.

What We Value

  • Prior experience creating, maintaining, and delivering content for B2B sales teams.

  • Ability to work closely with technical teammates such as software engineers and product designers to understand, translate, and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to and grasp new systems and tools that are used by the team (e.g. Microsoft Office, Adobe, Contentful, etc.).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a team and share credit

  • Bachelor’s degree or +3 years of relevant industry experience

  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to other Palantir offices
