Here's a snapshot of what you will do as an Corporate Recruiter:
**This position is remote. We are seeking someone who can work with us asap
- Report directly to Director of Talent Aquisition and collaborate with & support the internal recruiters in their goal of to achieving a fully staffed, high functioning team, companywide
- Interact with each City and Regional Manager with the highest level of service, urgency and personalized attention
- Develop strong relationships with each City and Regional Manager to understand their specific recruiting needs Identify and execute sourcing strategies to consistently attract both active and passive candidates to 24 Seven
- Direct sourcing of candidates using a range of channels, including the open web, all social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and in person networking
- Conduct initial phone screens and first interviews to access applicants 24 Seven candidacy
- Develop pipelines of viable candidates by being up to date on industry knowledge, competitor movement, consistently seeking internal referrals and direct recruiting
- Use, master and uphold the integrity of all candidate information in our internal recruiting database
- Manage and maintain communication with candidates to keep them updated and engaged in a highly competitive job market
- Manage the interview process for both candidates and internal hiring mangers
- Ability to offer out of the box, creative solutions to recruiting obstacles

- You are a creative dedicated team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit ·
- You have the emotional and social intelligence to develop strong internal relationships at all levels of the company ·
- You have strong communication skills and are comfortable conducting screening interviews over the phone and video conference with all levels of talent from entry to management ·
- You are a self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively · You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience ·
- You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing company ·
- You have a bachelor’s degree
