Our client, a prestigious wellness spa is seeking a Creative Admin Assistant to join their empowering team!This role is temp-to-perm, on-site in Beverly Hills, Rate: up to $23/hr!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with social media, public relations, influencer marketing with a heavy emphasis on gifting
- Provide support with event production and photoshoots
- Provide Ad hoc support across the Marketing and Creative Department
- Assist with admin, clerical and project management duties as needed Desired Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive, growth mindset attitude with the ability to work in an extremely fast-growing, fast-paced, exciting and fun team environment
- Excellent communications skills, with demonstrated success in building relationships with customers and executive management
- Strong phone and written communication skills
- Structured organizational skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- An interest in the hospitality, wellness, fitness, or beauty industry
- Highly preferred Social media experience is a plus!!
