Job description
The Associate Project Manager is primarily responsible for establishing and maintain timelines and managing jobs from briefing through mechanical routing and release. He/she will act as the primary point of contact and support for all assigned Loyalty projects for Specialty and Factory and will coordinate with all members of the cross-functional teams to ensure key delivery dates are on track to be met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/OBLIGATIONS:
• Ensure project briefs are fully complete and requested deliverables are clear before commencement of work
• Work to ensure delivery times and specs for all programs are met, in addition to recognizing potential issues before they occur
• Maintain updated schedules, participate in status meetings, send status sheets and meeting recaps, and inform team of changes in due dates
• Manage stakeholder approvals and routing of creative and feedback
• Serve as key communicator to internal team, managing timelines and deadlines and routing deliverables
• Coordinate with all Creative team members and other cross-functional departments on delivery of assets

• Clear and timely communication skills with excellent follow-through skills and attention to detail • Positive, calm, collaborative and collegial manner • Flexible with tight deadlines and last-minute revisions EXPERIENCE: • 2-4 years of project management or related experience • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising • Agency experience a plus SOFTWARE PROFICIENCIES: • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Project management software i.e. Smartsheet, Workfront, AirTable, Basecamp
