The Resource Manager is a critical role and helps support the daily operations around each of
our Partner engagements. Collaborating with Production, Experience and Visual Design Leaders,
evaluating and planning all resourcing needs to ensure ultimate project success. This is a full-time role,
reporting to the Director of Operations and Managing Directors.

As the key operator of all of our staff assignments, you strive in maintaining personal relationships with
all staff and ensure they are kept up-to-date on any and all shifts in schedules.
You strive to maintain an organized and efficient working style, and your prioritization, time management,
and follow-up skills are top-notch. You ask the right questions and have a strong ability to work both
independently and collaboratively.
Work with team leads to assess project resource needs, and act as point of contact to all staff
members across company offices and remote staff.
Monitor day-to-day project activities and resourcing; actively work with all team leads to address
and resolve resourcing issues.
Run weekly resource meetings and facilitate resourcing issues/conflict resolution with
appropriate department heads.
Work to resolve any issues regarding under or over allocations of current staff members.
Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and new business development
activities as they relate to resourcing.
Maintain daily communication with all leads to ensure staff has proper tasks allocated, either
internal or partner projects.
Manage resourcing utilization and forecasts for all staff based on input from Production and
Follow up on projects/assignments in order to understand how the assigned creative team
performed—thereby informing future assignments for those individuals.
Recommend process improvements for Resource Management.? Maintain constant knowledge of the creative skills, industry experience, and innate talents of all
team members in order to put the right team on the job.
Track and manage internal talent list, including contract and flex resources.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to consistently build a network of contract staff to
allow for flexibility on resourcing.
Facilitation of contractor agreements and set up, including orientation and training into the
Experience / Key Personal Qualities:
3+ years experience in a digital or marketing agency; experience working in a small office
(50-100 employees) is a plus
Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills
Must have creative project and production management experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal-communications skills, both in-person and in-writing
Tech-savvy with experience with Mac OS, Google Docs, MS Office and resource management
Flexible, adaptable, realistic, practical, calm, pragmatic and agile
