The Creative Resource Manager is responsible for ensuring that projects are resourced in an accurate and timely manner, ultimately matching skills to confirmed requirements to achieve high utilization across the team. This would include minimizing the use of freelancers through intelligent allocation of permanent resource as well as identifying when freelance requirements are essential and recruiting suitable candidates. Key to the success of the role will be the day-to-day resourcing requirements, is the close working partnership with all department heads, understanding on skill sets, client team structures & people’s personalities. What you will be doing: Management of all resource requests and assign relevant resource to each request in a timely manner Working closely with the department leads to source the most appropriate team for each project and communicate accordingly Identify and resolve any potential resource conflicts and resolving/ or escalating to prior to a crisis occurring Ensuring an external resource is only given when the budget is approved Accurately complete and maintain freelance & department administration Train teams and new joiners in the resourcing process and tools used Maintain relationships with key recruitment agencies Maintain relationships with onsite teams What you need to be great in this role: 3+ years of experience in a resourcing role or similar Understanding of the skill sets with a creative or production agency specializing in social, website, and digital content Experience leveraging workflow tools in managing resourcing People focused Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in working and managing high volume of work Ability to multitask effectively and deal with constant requests and changes Excellent understanding of Agency processes Attention to detail About Inside Ideas: Inside Ideas believes that agencies work better inside a brand’s organization – delivering more effective work at the speed and flexibility required to drive modern businesses forward.
