Job Overview:
Looking for self starters with a great eye for photography and pays attention to the details along with the CRM/email experience. 
A hands-on, detail-oriented Digital Art Director responsible for the creation and execution of email, landing pages, web modules, and paid media such as digital banners, social media and the occasional online video. Experience creating fairly complex  emails is a must, and experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) on a large brand  is a plus. The Art Director collaborates with a copywriter to create strategic communications for a prestigious financial services client.

•  Design skills across a variety of media
• Knowledge of best practices across digital and social channels
• Experience designing email, web pages, social media and web banners
• Skilled in interface design across multiple digital platforms including desktop, touchscreen and mobile
• Ability to design to established specs, templates and module  systems
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Sketch
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable managing heavy volume of deliverables
•  Delivers high-quality work with emphasis on quality control
• Able to digest client feedback and effectively revise work
• Can multitask and manage changing priorities
• Able to respect and follow complex processes
• Team player
• Able to communicate and present work with confidence and clarity
• Able to present work and effectively field comments/questions
• Good working knowledge of and experience with Illustrator and/or  AfterEffects

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
•  Knowledge of email and digital standards/best practices, including UX/UI/IA
• Art and design skills: typography, layout, animation,  style guide creation, production
•  Software skills: Sketch  and Adobe Creative Suite, including use of the “Layer Comps” feature in Photoshop
• Technical skills: working knowledge of HTML, HTML5, CSS
• Knowledge of innovations and trends in graphic  design, e-commerce and the digital space
