CRM Manager

Los Angeles, CA ---  open to Hybrid schedule with some onsite work as needed in Los Angeles.

$100k + bonus 

Client Overview:

Our client is an innovative clean beauty brand looking to add a CRM Manager to their growing team! 

CRM Manager Overview:

The CRM Manager will work closely with the E-Commerce team on lifecycle marketing initiatives including but not limited to SMS, Onsite Personalization, Loyalty and Email. Our client is looking for a savvy and dynamic CRM Manager to execute and manage their CRM efforts and help drive the overall Marketing strategy. Candidates should also exhibit exceptional communication skills and be passionate about all things Marketing and e-commerce. A passion for health, wellness & beauty is a plus!

CRM Manager Responsibilities:

• Create and manage promotion/content calendar for email communication, including personalization, segmentation and regular A/B testing to maximize open, click through and purchase rates.
• Develop content and messaging for all relevant triggered email communications such as abandoned cart and post-purchase flows.
• Develop and maintain lifecycle and segmented customer communication.
• Identify areas of opportunity in client lifecycle to optimize client communication and overall brand.
• Plan online marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness, drive new visits and online sales.
• Apply learnings from Google Analytics and web platform to identify opportunities and improve site performance.
• Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting on email campaign performance.

Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital and lifecycle Marketing experience successfully driving growth.
• Experience in a CRM and segmentation tool (preferably either Simon Data or Klaviyo)
• Experience using Google Analytics.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in copywriting, and photoshop.
• Ability to target audiences and create campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Hands-on experience managing and marketing lifecycle programs, drip series, etc.
• Forward-thinker with the ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business or marketing).
