Job description


As the Senior CRM Marketing Strategist, you will own the management and strategic evolution of all CRM programs (email, SMS, strategic initiatives). Your focus will be to drive channel growth, customer activation, and retention. As the subject matter expert on our CRM marketing strategy, you will work collaboratively with the rest of the CRM Team and across the organization to develop and grow our programs in alignment with business priorities. That includes the identification and implementation of new technologies and processes to support a best-in-class customer experience.

  • Lead day-to-day CRM channel strategy
  • Own brief, review, and QA processes for CRM campaigns (email, SMS, strategic initiatives)
  • Build a robust, x-channel test & learn plan that results in concrete insights that drive your channel strategy
  • Define and optimize segmentation strategies across all channels
  • Develop robust processes to support ongoing CRM initiatives
  • Manage the CRM Marketing calendar (email, SMS, strategic initiatives)
  • Work closely with the CRM Lead to identify and implement leading-edge marketing technologies that support personalization, channel growth and optimization




  • 5+ years of marketing experience with proven track record of driving customer activation and retention (email, lifecycle, CRM marketing)
  • Expert at building reports and deriving insights from data (Google Analytics, Adobe or similar)
  • Experienced at building robust, x-channel test & learn plans
  • Strong time management skills: ability to turn projects around efficiently and error-free, able to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Robust B2C Ecommerce experience supporting broad and/or technical catalog assortment
  • Excellent communication skills, thoughtful, decisive, and self-motivated
  • Well-versed in email and SMS channel best-practices, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
