UX Designer / Customer Experience Consultant needed to understand customer journey, research, UX wireframes, prototypes 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

 

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to present compelling solutions, ideas, and strategies
  • Able to build strong relationships and trust across teams, disciplines, vendors, and clients
  • Experience and interaction design efforts using current best practices 
  • Research customer behavior and lead customer insights collection through interviews, workshops, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid contextual inquiries, etc.
  • Holistically understand customer pain points and create customer journeys and persona maps
  • Facilitate work sessions with internal teams, customers, and users to define key design goals and requirements
  • Work with analytics to practice insight-driven optimization and innovative storytelling through data
  • Work with technology and development teams to understand feasibility and enablement

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing experience design and strategy
  • Proficient with wireframing tools and programs such as Sketch or Adobe XD
  • Continued education and research into experience trends and current design strategies and technologies
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills when communicating with internal teams and clients
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage several milestones and projects efficiently
  • Experience with media and marketing is a plus
