Job description

Customer Relations Coordinator Overview:

Provide clerical and administrative support to the members of the Customer Relations staff, Area field personnel and dealership personnel as well as assist in the clerical administration of Customer Relations programs & projects.

Customer Relations Coordinator Responsibilities:

  •  Responding to inquires about payments, vouchers, etc. from dealerships and Field Managers
  •  Issuance of weekly personnel status report
  • Monthly departmental credit card consolidation
  • Bi-annually order and mail FL Lemon Law booklets to all Florida dealerships
  • Scanning and attaching of all relevant documents into CRM and shredding of originals
  • Administration of the department’s goodwill assistance voucher program which includes maintaining and updating voucher redemption website, processing dealer and voucher reimbursement, performing audits, providing dealership training and coaching, and developing reports as needed

 

  • Qualifications Education: • Associates’ Degree in Business Management and/or equivalent experience in administrative field

Customer Relations Coordinator Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role

• 1+ years in automotive industry a plus Skills:

• Good communication skills • Attention to detail and accuracy of work.

• Ability to multi-task

• Works well with limited direct supervision and direction

• Exemplary organizational skills

• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs, SAP, Adobe Acrobat Reader/Writer
