Overview for Temp Customer Service and Operations Associate:

The Customer Service and Operations Associate will be responsible for managing order flow and man- aging customer service requests. They will work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to keep the eCommerce website up to date, assist with wholesale relationships, trunk shows and inventory.

 

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Experience with Shopify, Excel and Google Sheets

• Work directly with Fulfillment Center to manage order flow

• Handle all incoming and outgoing customer emails, returns and exchanges

• Assist in managing our Drop Ship Partners and Wholesale Accounts

• Manage inventory and shipments of product from our Headquarters to our Fulfillment Center

• Oversee and manage weekly/monthly inventory count and updates

• Assist in Trunk from Home program including logistics, product assortment, communication with hosts and vendors

 

Must Be...

• Self starter

• Extremely organized

• Interested in e-commerce and retail

• Positive attitude and willing to work in a fast paced environment

• 1-2 years experience in relevant industry

• This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible and ending Jan 3rd. 20 hours a week
