Job description

Our client, a women’s apparel brand with over 7000 retail accounts worldwide, is looking for a Customer Service Associate (with significant experience in the fashion industry) to join their existing team and participate to the growth and development of the company in North America.


DUTIES
· In charge of inbound/outbound emails
· Responsible for incoming phone calls
· Process payments
· Process RA requests and issue credit memos
· Answer customer requests via phone or email
· Create/Update customer information on company’s system
· Process orders
· Contact for shipment and payments
· Participate to national shows if required

QUALIFICATIONS
· Team Member

· Eager to work in a growing company
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Fluent in English (Spanish OR French is a +)
· Punctual and organized
· Good computer skills – Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Emails
· Smartsheet/Blastramp experience is a plus
