Day to Day Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, and develop customer service team
  • Provide exceptional and proactive customer service for assigned group of wholesale accounts.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: - work with sales agencies to receive customer purchase orders on time
  • Input sales orders into the ERP, manually or via EDI, and issuing order confirmations to customers - allocate and drop pick tickets to 3 PL distribution center.
  • Monitor open order reports to ensure all orders are shipping on time 
  • Invoice orders after shipment occurs 
  • Process returns and credit memos
  • Analyze vendor compliance manuals, communicate VAS and customer shipping requirements to internal teams and external vendors to ensure shipments are done accurately and no chargebacks are incurred.
  • Work and communicate with 3PL to make sure orders are shipped on time and follow all customers shipping requirements
  • Assist with Onboarding of new customers including completing new account paperwork and ensuring EDI compliance Complete Target booking documents and send in Demands for Payments in timely manner
  • Run monthly KPI reports tracking cancellations, chargebacks, and fill rate
  • Process and submit factory invoices for Target First Sale program
  • Troubleshoot issues in Full Circle as they emerge
  • Coordinate samples for sales team and account photography
  • Run available to sell reports for sales and Amazon reps
  • Assist in maintaining correct inventory levels and processing transfers and adjustments when necessary

Hybrid Work Schedule / Must be vaccinated to be on-site.
