JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a Customer Service Representative. The position will be client facing and will require excellent communication and follow up skills. Must possess a positive “can-do” attitude and have a passion for putting the customer first.
RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing a best-in-class customer experience.
• Oversee and provide flawless handling and processing of incoming customer inquiries, orders, and shipments.
• Perform administrative duties such as contact vendors, filing, entering and activating new accounts.
• Organize returns and claims.
• Handle incoming calls and contact email and voicemail.
• Provide a voice for the customer as feedback loop to the business.
• Partner with management team to drive innovation in the customer experience and in sales channels.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be exceptionally detail-oriented, dependable and reliable without exception
• Multi-tasking ability
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be EXTREMELY organized, personable, team player mentality with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a plus.
• Superior organization skills.
• Experience in serving the interior design trade strongly preferred
