Job description
Our client, an emerging beauty brand, is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! They are ideally looking for candidates who have experience in a customer service capacity and be able to speak articulately over the phone with the goal in ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a temporary position with a high possibility for permanent hire.
Requirements:
Must be able to work on-site Monday – Thursday: 9AM – 1PM
Experience working in customer service (customer service rep, retail, hospitality, or receptionist)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Understands basic computer/tech functions
Must be able to provide proof of full vaccination prior to start date.
Preferred skills:
Bilingual in Spanish or another second language
Experience using Shopify or Georgis
Experience communicating with customers over phone, email, chat dealing with product returns, questions, etc.
Experience working in the beauty industry.
