Data Entry Associate
Client Overview:
Our client is a direct-to-consumer sustainable and ethical cashmere company producing high quality, sustainable knitwear at the world’s fairest prices.
Data Entry Position Overview:
The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the entry, organization, analysis, and communication management of data across Production, Product Development, Logistics, Sales, and Merchandising.
Data Entry Responsibilities:
• Review and track data input in ERP and PLM systems - supplier information, factory information, product information, costing, HTS codes, UPCs, testing agreements, testing reports, packaging and trim artwork files
• Assist with costing chart organization for garments, yarn material, trims, and packaging.
• Log target FOBs in PLM at the proto stage to ensure factories receive our target costs to start the negotiation process.
• Assist in reviewing production label specifications to ensure we’re providing the most accurate care instructions and company information (brand tagging and RN code).
• Communicate with our overseas team to manage and track TOP samples to review them against BOMs.
• Assist with keeping WIP up to date and maintain Purchase Order organization in our ERP system.
• Review and organize testing, quality control, and yarn inventory reports.
• Maintain and assist in reviewing HTS Codes assigned to SKUS to ensure accuracy, while also confirming the best duty rate we can achieve.
• Maintain and review UPC library for each season. Will be responsible for approving final UPC stickers that are sent from factories.
• Assist with organizing production management chart to help with the planning of new PO creation, XFTY date approvals and shipment method confirmations.
• Compile reporting and analysis that addresses product costing (both material and CM), margin analysis, sales performance, and timeline management.
Data Entry Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Production Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, etc.)
• 1-3 years of experience in a data-intensive role • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Self-starter who is able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, absorbing instruction quickly and applying knowledge adeptly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, GSuite, Netsuite, and Centric PLM preferred
• MUST be vaccinated
