Job Description:

This role will work closely with Manager, Production Management, to understand and take on incremental workload volume for the Production management team that relates to key activities and operations as a result of Supply chain disruptions and Covid impacts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop an understanding of our product to market calendar and the role production plays throughout each phase

• Support teams with accurate data entry into our systems and help resolve discrepancies with cross-functional partners

• Support PM data management of bookings, RSC utilization, liability, and ad hoc tracking tools

• Work with manager to Execute in season order changes.

• Resolve open issues post final bookings

• Support weekly production deliverables and assist with cross-functional communication

• Partner with manager, sourcing channels and internal cross-functional teams to manage calendar adherence

• Assist with the execution of Placeholder, chase and/or fast track strategies

• Support execution of supply chain initiatives related to: Cancellations, Push Outs, Pull Ups, Channel Shifts, Pack & Hold.

• Partners with Inventory Strategy to ensure both Purchase Orders and PETE Booking systems accurately reflect our current order strategy.

• Works cross functionally to ensure deadlines are met to achieve on time execution of order management

KEY EXPERIENCES:

• 1-year work experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook & Teams

• Effectively communicates in written and verbal form

• An analytical, thoughtful and methodical thinker

• Strong analytic and data management skills

• Illustrates a strong work ethic and shows initiative

• Demonstrates an aptitude with learning and excelling in new systems or tools (PLM, Smartsheet, Internal Tools)

• Goal orientated; can fulfill and complete tasks on time with precision
