Details: 4-month contract, may convert
Hours: 40 hours a week
Location: Charlotte, NC
(remote to start, will be in office Jan 2022)
Responsibilities:
-Provide leadership and coordination of DEI initiatives cross functionally
-Create detailed project plans with DEI and cross functional teams to align on milestones, deliverables, and deadlines and incorporate supporting structures
-Plan and manage event logistics for DEI stakeholders for employees and leaders
Increase collaboration and improve visibility and ownership of the vision and mission of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
-Partner with cross functional leaders to implement diversity practices to help shape scalable impact and equitable outcome.
-Work with function leads to design and develop content and programs related to DEI topics including inclusive leadership, allyship, inclusive behaviors, identities, racial equity, microaggressions, and unconscious bias
-Stay current on DEI trends and pursue creative program ideas to assist in keeping Credit Karma on track with our DEI goals
Qualifications
-Experience as HR Manager or previous DEI experience
-Previous experience creating detailed project plans
