The Designer leads design for all creative projects across EMEA, working with Creative leads to ensure work is developed with precise consumer insights at heart.
You’ll be expected to implement and lead design across the region, acting as the centre for design excellence for the region. The remit includes oversight of all creative, visual and written advertising content, on and off-platform. This will include set pieces such as design work for Mastheads, as well as complex, 360 campaigns across different channels and formats including video, social, OOH, and print.
The designer will become an expert of the client brand guidelines, working in close partnership with the Global Creative Studio and Art Department. They will also learn from external stimulus, generating inspiration for the team, and ensuring that their work contributes to a department that is highly effective and an inspiration to the creative industries. This involves balancing the need to drive innovation, while simultaneously ensuring that campaigns are on brand and collectively representative of the client's responsibility mission.
An effective influencer, you will fly the flag for design innovation and win the support of senior stakeholders. Applicants should be avid consumers of culture, alert to emerging trends and able to elicit the best from those around them.
Create a visual aesthetic for EMEA that is cohesive and compelling across every touchpoint, whether on- or off-platform
Be confident to self-create as well as to oversee brilliant design
Being able to adopt our brand aesthetic and guidelines with ease while always seeking out new and innovative ways of doing things and contributing these ideas to the team
Oversees design delivery of design specialisms with freelancers or external agencies as necessary, ie motion graphics
Work to achieve deadlines and have a strong eye for detail ensuring work is checked and accurate before sharing with both internal and external teams
Work collaboratively with the broader creative and marketing teams, including art directors, copywriters and social leads
Contribute to holistic thinking around strategy and creative points of view on a brand experience, including how a business acts, how a brand looks, or how a vision comes to life through a user’s entire experience
