Our client, a well known beauty brand, is looking for a digital designer to support their creative team.
This person will be working mostly on ads but also emails. Someone who has experience working on these within a digitally native brand .
This person will :
• Create still and motion designs that work across multiple social and e-commerce, with a particular focus on
paid ads in Facebook, Instagram, SMS and Pinterest
Execute designs for digital campaigns across social, email and paid ads
• Optimize ad content to keep engagement high and maximize conversion, while maintaining brand standards
• Maintain and organize digital assets
• Prepare concepts and layouts for digital campaigns
What We’re Looking For
• 2-5 years experience in digital design
• Highly skilled in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and After Effects a must)
• Experience in one or more creating assets for Facebook ads and social media
• Strong typography skills and composition
• Detail oriented with careful review of work to ensure highest quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Must be active on all social media platforms and have a strong understanding of the social experience and user interface of all major social platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and understand other regionally relevant platforms.
What Would Be Nice to Have
• Strong experience in Premiere, InDesign and Illustrator
• Experience working in Figma and Invision
• Experience with creating digitally native content for ads
