Job Summary
Our client, is looking for a Digital Designer skilled in delivering high quality, engaging design assets across all the brands touchpoints. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop, design, and build a variety of creative digital assets to support our eCommerce and Digital Marketing objectives. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of digital design across a multitude of channels including social, display, web and email and can develop multiple versions of creative assets for testing. The Digital Designer will be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once, meet tight deadlines, and wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

  • Create on-brand digital graphics and layouts including but not limited to e-mails, banner ads and social media assets (desktop and mobile)
  • Maintain an accurate and current library of digital brand and product assets
  • Deliver concepts and design assets for projects across design disciplines, including branding/identity, print, illustration, collateral, and advertising.
  • Present creative concepts/designs/layouts and communicate rationale to cross-functional teams
  • Analyze design trends and provide design ideas/direction for future campaigns; keep current with trends in consumer experience, technology, and other related design influencers
  • Own planning, reporting, and execution of the company's loyalty program, including integration into website as well as marketing levers (email, SMS, social, etc.)
  • Directly manages Junior Designers on a day-to-day basis and is responsible for their development and success at Pair of Thieves

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a digital/graphic designer; experience working for an apparel or consumer goods company preferred
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) Sketch/Figma, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong foundational understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Acute attention to detail and strong organization skills with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • E-Commerce/Shopify experience a plus
