Job description

Our client is looking for a creative and dynamic Digital Designer to join our fun team of difference-makers. Our new Designer will work collaboratively with copywriters, strategists, video producers, developers and other designers to build brands, launch campaigns and help grow our clients’ business. This position is responsible for developing new visual concepts from scratch, as well as evolving existing brands and campaigns through your own unique point of view.  

 

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with creative, accounts and clients to produce work that inspires and attracts the right audience for each project
  • Partner with copywriters to prepare multiple rough drafts and mood boards of ideas for internal review
  • Plan and communicate with accounts within our task management solution to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time
  • Build and refine final concepts and prepare materials for client presentations, ensuring that all deliverables adhere to an approved brief
  • Produce print-ready and/or digital-ready brand and campaign materials of approved directions
  • Review briefs with accounts and strategy, perform independent research and become a subject matter expert on all client topics
  • Bring new ideas and points of view to all assignments
  • Adhere to client budget and time constraints
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-4 years of design experience; preferably in an agency setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with new and established brands
  • Demonstrated understanding of color theory and color relationships and typographic terms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite or other similar design software
  • “Always learning” attitude towards new technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Desire to work both independently and as a team
  • Excellent multi-tasker and ability to prioritize
  • B to B experience is a plus

Salary: Up to $73K.

This position is open to Denver, LA, or anywhere in the state of Michigan. Position will be a hybrid schedule in LA or Denver.
