Our client, a well-known global agency, is looking to add a fulltime Digital Designer to their growing team! This role can be remote depending on state and can start immediately.

The Digital Designer Will:

 

  • You are exciting to us because you’re driven and inspired by design, and the impact it can make on people and the world. You have outstanding attention to detail, and know how to collaborate seamlessly with fellow creatives, account, and strategy in a fast-paced, creative environment.

  • Support the ideation team (Sr. AD and Writer)

  • Create mood boards, visual design keys, and viz ID for campaign/program ideas

  • Build and help generate comps for additional program elements

  • Generate multiple/look & feels for campaigns that demonstrate diversity in the thinking

  • Passion and ability to clearly present your work; you are articulate and can advocate design rationale and inspiration through story telling

  • Take great direction with a willingness to bring fresh, new thinking while also challenging yourself and the work

  • Deep understanding of industry trends

  • Readily give and receive constructive feedback

  • Work closely with the CD/AD to help pull the work together in slick presentations (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.)

The Digital Designer Should Have:

 

 

  • Degree in Visual Design, User Interface Design, Digital Design or related field

  • 2+ years at a creative agency with portfolio demonstrating strong digital design capabilities and digital knowledge for sites, mobile, PR, OLA, etc. 

  • Experience and/or background in launching promotions

  • Solid understanding of Adobe Suite of products (Strong in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

  • Ability to design fast and be nimble

  • In-depth knowledge of visual design fundamentals, including but not limited to typography, color balance, layout, visual hierarchy, photography, iconography, illustration, and the like

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize competing demands.

  • A passion for music, technology and really into gaming and mobile, and a portfolio that showcases work within the movie, tv, film, music and or gaming space

  • Some experience or background in web design (XD, prototyping)
