Job description
Purpose:
Creative & Strategic team member to drive the implementation of global innovation into experiential activations and programs across our APLA markets. Both physical and digital.
Key Accountabilities:
• Tracking, distilling and sharing global direction to bring the brand to life in Retail and Events (Physical + Virtual) across the APLA geography collaboration.
• Collaborating with cross functional counterparts to ensure that project goals and priorities align with brand and business strategies.
• Strategically leading an audience and platform-focused approach to all experiential work.
• Oversees agency partners on projects where local extensions are required.
• Fostering and leading innovative thinking, collaboration, and teamwork
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5 years of marketing/creative experience.
• Strong familiarity with current trends, digital platforms and live experiences.
• Must be computer literate using a range of tools to communicate and share out work and ideas.
• Effective oral and written communications skills, including presentations.
• Ability to work cooperatively with staff, share ideas and develop effective responses.
• Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes while working remotely and in person.
• NICE TO HAVE: experience with digital and/or physical brand experience events or projects.
