  • Conduct research on trends to make forecasts related to the Home and Kitchen segment
  • Drive and accelerate business growth through digital marketing initiatives by working cross-functionally with business, production, and creative teams
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns
  • Design, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid & organic social, SEM/display
  • Plan and implement the Company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness
  • Work closely with creative teams to create unique, eye-catching assets to be utilized across campaigns
  • Employ storytelling capabilities to create an engaging, relatable, and authentic brand voice
  • Develop regular output of content using target keywords to improve search rankings
  • Conduct ongoing testing and analysis on all campaigns, make informed decisions that optimize performance
  • Manage day-to-day operations that adhere to long- and short-term goals


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years in the digital marketing space
  • 3+ years of paid & organic social management experience
  • Informed about SEO best practices
  • Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
  • Strong understanding of content calendars and scheduling
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong ability to analyze key trends in the Home and Kitchen space
  • Media savviness to identify patterns in media coverage and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Creativity to think outside of the box and identify partnerships that allow the Company to tap into new opportunities or white space in the Home and Kitchen category
  • Strong team player who is willing to wear different hats. No egos please! 

This is a full-time direct hire, open to remote options (PST preferred)
