Job description

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing & eCommerce Manager to build and optimize their digital marketing programs across SEM, Affiliate, SEO, display, mobile, paid social, SMS and email with an eye to new customer acquisition and building our email marketing list.


• Remarketing banners, cart abandonment, pixels and others
• Experimenting with and testing new methods of online customer acquisition
• Online marketing and promotions calendar
• Drive incremental dot com sales through digital ad management; social media
posts, Google ad words, Facebook ads, Youtube ads, email campaigns,
remarketing banners and others
• Email marketing – with a story base/strategy, tactic, testing, etc.
• Including managing budget, driving strategy for email and homepage
calendar, developing an email testing strategy, creating new triggers for loyalty and non-loyalty customers, reporting on sales, look into facebook messaging plug-in to enhance user ordering experience (cart abandonment, etc)
• Customer Retention & Customer Loyalty:
• Launch loyalty program successfully on dot com
• Responsible for customer insights including developing different customer surveys to gain specific customer information and analyzing and presenting those
results
• Implement and manage with conversion reports.
• Strategize retention and loyalty for brand

• Develop and maintain analytic reports.
• E-commerce Management:
• Maintain web uploads and updates for new product assets, promo banners, etc. as well as run analyses on sales to compare with strong social/digital campaigns.
o Marketing pitches, review marketing calendar to ensure campaigns and sampling are in sync for maximum impact, track and analyze sales to compare with strong social/digital campaigns.
• Responsible for growing SMS & email subscription base (through events, tradeshows, and various efforts) and strategize new, exciting campaigns to drive conversion
• Drive incremental dot com sales through digital ad management; social media posts, Google ad words, Facebook ads, YouTube ads
• Develop and maintain analytic reports.
• Build exciting, new, forward thinking campaigns
• All dot com retailers: create and provide asset packs for all new products
