Client Overview:

Our client is looking for an expert content strategist to expand partner thought leadership as we continue to drive brand awareness and sourced revenue via partners. This role is to coordinate across the Alliances Engagement and GTM teams, as well as Industry Solutions and Marketing, to expand partners’ and our voice beyond the ecosystem and into desired white space, while also influencing current prospects and customers purchasing decisions. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively with team members across a variety of locations & responsibilities.

 

Job responsibilities include:

* 1/3 Partner Thought Leadership, 1/3 Customer Stories, 1/3 Influencer Management

* Execute joint partner thought leadership publication strategy by working closely with Partner Engagement Managers on plans and closely with partners to get their larger thought leadership assets (White Papers, Case Studies, E-Books, Videos, and more) completed and published, including internal newsletter, social ambassador program, and YouTube

* Optimize Partner Influencer strategy and Manage Partner Influencers relationships, with joint goals towards market reach and exposure

* Coordinate with Sponsorships team on Influencer benefits execution

* Coordinate and Align with other teams across the company to ensure their Influencer relationships are receiving the benefits and engagement outlined in the Network

* Manage end-to-end Customer Story process and publication with partners

 

Desired Skills /Experience:

* 4+ years managing Content Marketing and thought leadership asset creation, with a strong emphasis on quality content and measurable & actionable results

* 4+ years relationship / partner management

* Experience creating thought leadership content strategy and execution

* Experience managing multiple vendors co-creating assets with other 3rd parties

* Understanding of Influencers, and their engagement and motivation

* Ability to roll up sleeves and self-produce content and assets as needed

* Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple partners

* Project, Prioritization, Deadline, and Quality Management

* Team player that can jump in to help when/where needed

* Use of Canva, Lumen5, and Infograpia (and other content marketing tools) a plus
