Job description

Our food and beverage client is growing and looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to their team full time. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of growth campaigns to drive ROI. You will help grow the customer digital experience to achieve our vision of 1:1 personalization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute best-in-class growth campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals leveraging paid and SEO tactics
  • Determine, quantify, and prioritize digital growth opportunities working with cross-functional teams to meet business and brand goals
  • Manage a data-driven approach to build a testing roadmap and iterate and optimize campaigns on a weekly basis to exceed business goals
  • Be the subject-matter-expert for growth marketing tactics and eCommerce industry trends
  • Develop audience lists using MarTech tools to acquire new customers and increase lifetime value
  • Manage end-to-end growth channels (strategy, audiences, creative, planning, execution, budgeting, tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimization)
  • Proactive weekly monitoring and analysis of campaign data to identify optimization opportunities across channels to exceed channel goals
  • Reporting internally and to the franchise community results from media, SEO, and website performance as needed to show the return on investment and customer lifetime value
  • Develop simple and innovative ways to look at results using MarTech tools
  • Own internal processes to deliver on-time and flawless campaign execution including campaign kickoffs, assets/creative requests, copywriting, campaign setup, QA, etc.
  • Build and deploy ads on existing and new digital channels to drive sales
  • Manage annual digital media budget optimization, allocation, and invoice approvals
  • Work with internal stakeholders and agencies to execute campaigns across a variety of media and campaign objectives
  • Partner with the creative and brand teams to deliver against the annual brand calendar and constantly bring learnings to improve performance

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics or equivalent digital media experience in house or agency
  • 4-6 years of experience with driving digital growth campaigns preferably with ecommerce brands with heavy focus in paid media and SEO
  • Experience in a multi-unit restaurant, franchise, or retail organization is a plus
