Leading beauty brand is looking for a sharp Digital Marketing Manager to join the team for a LOA coverage temp role. This is an exciting opportunity to work with dynamic team within a well-known and respected brand!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns including email, display, mobile, paid media and SEM
- Create findings and learning based on data to help influence future decisions
- Work cross-functionally on campaigns with internal and external partners
- Test and tweak campaigns as needed
- Contribute new ideas based on findings and industry trends
- Extensive email marketing campaign management
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and reflected across all platforms
- Ensure web updates are executed
- Consistently work to drive brand awareness and loyalty, conversions, revenue and retention
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands on Digital Marketing experience
- Experience within the consumer goods industry - ideally beauty or lifestyle
- Hands on experience within various ESPs
- Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords; certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Analytical mindset with ability to make decisions
- A self-starter who is driven to succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset
