Our Beauty/Cosmetic Client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager from DTC Beauty companies. MUST live in LA and  open to working HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE

Will be responsible for the conception and management of digital marketing campaigns across Paid Media channels in addition to Email and SMS for their .com business. Will be responsible for working with the media agencies they use to optimize campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for site. Will be responsible for growing email and SMS database and optimizing campaigns to drive customer retention, repeat purchases and conversion for them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and implement digital marketing plan across paid media channels and for email and SMS marketing
  • Concept and brief digital copywriter and designer on digital marketing creative needs
  • Manage marketing calendar updates and support ideation of new email and merchandising programs
  • Coordinate digital marketing activation plans with site merchandiser to ensure site landing pages meet the needs of campaigns
  • Interface with key stakeholders for creative approvals on digital assets
  • Align key collection and product launch campaign messaging with Global marketing team
  • Maximize organic social / PR content by creating timely ad-hoc email or SMS campaigns
  • Identify new test and learn opportunities through A/B testing of content and audiences and participation in new channels
  • Manage set-up and deployment of each email and SMS campaign
  • Share marketing calendar with organic social counterparts; drive landing page destination of organic posts and tag links with analytics to understand performance
  • Ensure media agency receives 1st party data on a regular basis to maximize targeting efforts
  • Continually optimize email and SMS, CRM programs; monitor KPIs and adjust strategy and content as necessary
  • Analyze and report on key channel metrics weekly and monthly in site and sales performance review meetings

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 4-6 years in ecommerce with experience in paid media and email/mobile marketing
  • Experience in working in a busy DTC Ecommerce environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change
  • Understanding of channels, campaigns and content optimization through purchase funnel complemented by strong analytical skills
  • Experience with email and mobile marketing platforms; adobe campaigns and attentive mobile experience a plus
  • Experience with analytics program; Adobe analytics a plus
  • Experience in beauty or skincare industry a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
  • Commercially minded and able to drive positive ROAS on campaigns
  • Passionate learner who stays on top of E-commerce and Digital Marketing capabilities
