Our client, a leader in the beauty and Retail space, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team on a freelance basis, to support the brand partners team. This role will be remote to start, but must go on-site when team returns to office - Role set to start 11/01 and will be through 12/30/22, with opportunity for extension.
The Digital Marketing Specialist Will:

Assist Brand Partners with the day to day contact for all execution inquiries

Collaborate with external and internal partners to gather all requirements for Brand Partner digital campaigns including meeting scheduling, SKU details, creative needs, fielding Brand questions, and reporting

Increase team efficiencies by optimizing and creating processes to streamline workflows

Ensure data is accurate and up to date

Stays up to date on industry news, trends, tactics and strategies

Assists with a monthly in-take meeting to proactively route channel inquiries to appropriate team members; guides and advises internal team on overarching strategy
Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements/Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree, Marketing/Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within eCommerce and/or Retail
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized
- Strong skills working within a team environment as well as independently
- Good judgment and decision-making skills
- Expected to meet time constraints and meet deadlines
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office experience
