Client Overview:
Our client is a leading law firm looking for a Digital Media Manager to join their team! 

Position Overview:
You will need strong knowledge of core marketing principles including driving innovative tools and programs, competitive intelligence, market research, pitch and submissions responses.

Responsibilities and Duties
Marketing
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts
• Generating new business leads
• Increasing brand awareness and market share
• Lead development of content and format of the Firm’s new website
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns
• Designing and developing the firm’s global digital marketing strategy, including the definition of requirements and tasks
• Managing the firm’s SEO strategy, developing, and implementing processes for tracking/tagging content to ensure the digital experience strategy is implemented effectively
• Build keyword research, strategy, taxonomy, paid for digital marketing, and social media campaigns, among other activities
• Optimize user funnels by developing real-time analytics reporting and working closely with attorneys to identify qualified clients
• Manage vendor relationships, including staying up to date with the latest technological developments and benchmarking their performance
• Identify trends and industry insights to allocate and optimize funds spent
 • Coordinate project kick-offs and write briefs for new freelance requests or case types
• Responsible for the communication of progress of specific projects reporting metrics (ROI and KPIs)
• Working closely with the Call Center to obtain performance of marketing campaigns and align resources to avoid bottlenecks and quickly fix what isn’t working
• Plan and execute on the redevelopment of firms website

Client Relations
• Maintain a consistent and positive curated listing for our firm on all online channels
• Monitor and respond to all social media posts relating to Firm
• Elicit more organic positive reviews
• Develop reporting to monitor and collaborate with Call Center and Paralegals to respond directly to and address client concerns internally before it becomes an issue that may lead to a negative review
• Develop scripts with Call Center to best train employees to increase client retention



Qualifications
• Digital Marketer with a minimum of five (5) years of directly targeted marketing
• Knowledge of managing and directing clients from Instagram, Facebook, Twitter,
YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and other Social Media sites.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Experience creating and managing video content for digital and traditional TV outlets
• Experience managing or working with a mix of in-house and in-agency teams
• Familiarity with marketing tactics, Social Media, SEO, PPC, and/or paid media
• Knowledge of law firm marketing and call center experience a plus
• Experience with BridEye or other client review software
• Bachelor’s Degree
