Digital Media Planner

3+ month contract

40 hrs/week

Rate: $35-38/hr

100% REMOTE, but you must be in the USA 

EST hours

You will be dedicated to one client (think one of the largest ecommerce players in the game!)

This position requires a highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful person to lead the day-to-day management for, overseeing digital strategic plan development and all aspects of execution. This individual will be a main client point of contact and be responsible for establishing, educating, overseeing the junior staff to ensure consistency and excellence across the digital activation roles and responsibilities.

• Assist with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital
• Training/Support for Assistant Planners in billing, reporting, trafficking, analytics and
• Expert in digital trafficking: ability to execute or oversee mid-large scale digital
campaigns and knowledge of trafficking and Prisma best practices
• Ability to analyze, develop and present weekly performance insights to clients
• Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. digital, mobile, social, video
• Curiosity and drive to proactively seek out new potential partnerships that align with
client’s objectives
• Budget maintenance: ability to update partner/channel budgets in proper systems
(Prisma/MediaTools/Excel) when changes occur to the plan
• Collaborate with creative agency & clients on creative rotations and ensure proper
rotations are then executed across campaign
• Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value
• Manage Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations
• Assist supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations
• Draw actionable insights based off syndicated data, i.e. competitive, consumer etc. i.e. ComScore, Kantar, GWI, etc
• Build relationships with sales reps to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles
for client media plan
• Create dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients
• Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform: DCM, Innovid, IAS
• Prepare and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines
• Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to
every situation

• Bachelor’s Degree; related internship experience strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of media buying/planning experience
• Digital trafficking expert: can confidently manage the full A-Z campaign setup process
• Background/knowledge in TV buying/planning is a major plus
• Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills
• Must be proactive and solution-oriented
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills
• Must be hard-working, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot
tables, etc.
