100% REMOTE, but you must be in the USA

You will be dedicated to one client (think one of the largest ecommerce players in the game!)

This position requires a highly motivated, proactive, and resourceful person to lead the day-to-day management for, overseeing digital strategic plan development and all aspects of execution. This individual will be a main client point of contact and be responsible for establishing, educating, overseeing the junior staff to ensure consistency and excellence across the digital activation roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage day-to-day responsibilities of junior staff in campaign management tasks
• Lead client communications and meetings. Supervisor will be one of the main points of contact for all client interaction
• Oversee and drive vision for tactical media plan recommendations
• Ensure strategic vision set upfront is delivered upon and comes to life in the tactical
recommendations
• Responsible for the oversight, authorship and presentation of media documents (timelines, POVs, RFPs, plans, agreements, client memos, and correspondence from within and outside the agency)
• Supervise, direct and review the development and implementation of specified media plans by planners & assistants
• Oversee and drive vision of weekly performance insights and optimization recommendations
• Perform in-depth performance analysis activities including analyzing site performance by targeting, creative, and tactic particular to client needs
• Ensure campaign planning & execution timelines are on track and key deliverables dates are met
• Ability to identify potential “at-risk” deliverables in timeline and proactively development contingency plans and/or manage client expectations accordingly
• Build, maintain and grow client relationships and client business
• Demonstrate creative/strategic problem solving and intervention when necessary
• Ensure key information is provided to team in a timely manner including any client issues, internal agency issues, vendor issues, etc
• Help set negotiation strategies, and manage current/new partnership deals, creating efficiencies wherever possible
• Perform scheduled optimization efforts for online media campaigns as well as troubleshooting, ad delivery, and ad performance
• Lead client presentations and media meetings and providing timely insight into weekly media results
• Provide and/or guide strategic input for all plans internally and externally
• Build and maintain relationships with media publishers and internal agency counterparts
• Understand and adopt new media trends and/or processes for clients
• Maintain a knowledge of all ad serving platforms and verification platforms: DCM, Innovid, IAS
• Oversee team in ensuring invoices ensure accurate payment and prepare campaign
reconciliations and work with Accounting and Account Services to reconcile discrepancies/issues
• Assist in developing Media team members into highly respected and trusted team
members by helping to grow their skill-sets and thought-process
• Motivate, develop, train and help to evaluate team members
• Knowledge-sharing with all team members for best practices
• Continuously search for opportunities to be positive and to share the positive side to every situation
• Accurate and timely reporting of billable and non-billable time for self and direct reports

Qualifications
• A minimum of 3-4 years of online media planning and negotiating experience in an interactive agency
• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing or related program a plus
• A complete knowledge of interactive marketing concepts and practices as well as a familiarity with offline media concepts
• Strong mathematic and analytical skills
• Strong project management, prioritization, and delegation skillset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Deep understanding of digital trafficking process and manage team to ensure they are executing trafficking deliverable effectively and efficiently. Ability to jump in and help team troubleshoot when issues arise
• The ability to multi-task on numerous projects, balancing priorities and delegate tasks
accordingly
• Experience analyzing complex data, market research, and formulating actionable plans
